Day 1 :

Labuan Bajo: Arrival & Island First Impressions

You arrive in Labuan Bajo, a vibrant harbor town on the western tip of Flores. Our team greets you and transfers you to your hotel. In the afternoon, take a short walk through the port area. Watch fishing boats return at sunset and enjoy your first meal with views of the Komodo archipelago. Tonight, your guide briefs you on the full journey ahead.

Day 2 :

Wae Rebo: Trek to the Village in the Clouds

After breakfast, you drive toward the rainforest foothills. A 2.5–3 hour forest trek brings you to Wae Rebo, a traditional Manggarai village sitting at 1,100 meters above sea level. Conical drum houses called Mbaru Niang rise above the mist. The village community welcomes you warmly. You spend the night here, surrounded by mountains and stars.

Day 3 :

Ruteng: Spider Web Rice Fields

You descend from Wae Rebo and drive east to Ruteng. Along the way, stop at Cancar to see the famous spider web rice fields a unique circular irrigation system unlike anything else in Indonesia. In Ruteng, stroll through the cool highland town and visit the local market. Your accommodation sits in the heart of Ruteng's lush landscape.

Day 4 :

Bajawa: Ngada Culture & Hot Springs

Today you head south to Bajawa. Visit Bena Village, one of Flores' best-preserved Ngada ancestral villages. Stone megalith structures and traditional clan houses fill the grounds. After the village tour, soak in the natural hot springs of Soa for a relaxing afternoon. Bajawa sits high in the mountains — evenings here are cool and refreshing.

Day 5 :

Riung: 17 Islands Marine Park

From Bajawa, you travel north to Riung on the coast. Board a local boat and explore the 17 Islands Marine Park. Snorkel in clear turquoise waters, spot giant fruit bats in the trees, and relax on white sand beaches. Riung sees very few tourists this makes it one of the most peaceful days of the entire tour.

Day 6 :

Ende & Moni: Gateway to Kelimutu

You drive east along the coast toward Ende, the historic town where Indonesia's founding father Soekarno once lived in exile. Visit his former home before heading inland to the village of Moni. Tonight you rest early tomorrow requires a pre-dawn start for the Kelimutu sunrise.

Day 07 :

Kelimutu & Departure

Wake before sunrise and drive up to Kelimutu National Park. Watch the sky turn orange as three crater lakes glow in shades of blue, green, and black below you. No two visits look the same — the lake colors shift with volcanic minerals and light. After the sunrise, return to Ende or continue to Maumere for your onward flight. Your 7-day Flores adventure ends here.
